How to Make Scented Body Spray

Making scented body sprays is pretty easy. This article will tell you how you can make body sprays from products at home you may already have. All women like to smell good and perfumes and body sprays can get expensive. Follow the steps below to make your own scented body spray. You will be able to determine which smell and strength you like best.

STEP 1

Make Clean Linen scent Body Spray. This body spray is my favorite. Make your clothes and body smell like fresh linen. Pour two tablespoons of Liquid Fabric softener into the empty spray bottle. Fill the remainder of the bottle up with warm tap water. Put the lid on the spray bottle and shake really well.

STEP 2

Make any body spray. You can either buy some strawberry scented oils, strawberry scented shampoo or conditioner. Pour a small amount of strawberry shampoo or oil into the spray bottle. Fill the rest up with water. Shake and spray to test the strawberry scented body spray.

STEP 3

Experiment with different scents. You can try to make coconut, pineapple, kiwi, green apple and many more fruity body sprays. Try using your favorite liquid detergent as Gain or Downey. Suavitel fabric softener smells really well as a body spray.

Tips & Warnings
  • You know what smells you like best, so experiment and have fun making your body smell good.
  • Spray the body spray on your clothes and not directly to the skin to avoid allergic reactions to the chemicals.
  • Liquid softeners are recommended. Laundry detergents that are powder, don't work as well.
  • Conditioners work better than shampoos because of the soap bubbles.
